CALVIN

Deciding that being a rock star was cooler then a 9 to 5, Calvin taught himself some chords a few years back and spawned the start of something wonderful. Fueled by the support of his friends and self-driven tenacity, Calvin never gave up until a band was formed. Although occasionally still having to 9 to 5 it, Calvin only really wakes up around 6 pm when his hands find a guitar. He is everywhere and everything – somehow Mr. Locke can manage to hit the office, gym, bar, carwash, studio, and the BBQ all in 24 hours. If Calvin was a Carebear he most definitely be Lionheart, but would wear pants. Calvin enjoys razzing rich kids, and also enjoys matching sweaters with his shoes and beer labels. Calvin would give anyone the time of day (even if someday he gets bigger then the Beatles), and he loves dinosaurs and noise violation tickets from the Calgary police. |

THERON

A dude among men, this beach bro is smoother then smooth. Not meaning that his Scandinavian roots have left him with a baby bottom complexion, but smooth as in when you meet him, his handshake alone will go right over your head. The awesomeness that oozes from Theron will leave you wondering if even Willy Wonka is too boring for his company. With his spider-like arms and dangly digits Theron utilizes the keyboard in ways that brings some serious soul to the band. Without ever sporting a shirt , Theron makes +5 degree Calgary weather look tropical with ease. If you were to take all the best parts from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, put them in a blender and hit “puree”, you would have yourself a good heaping glass of the Theron complex. |

HOODS

This mountain man brings the beats to the band and a collared shirts to family dinners. Shaving only with clippers and never a razor, this son of Solomon is as well travelled as he is hairy. “Hoods” brings good questions and a different way of thinking to any conversation, from hot dogs to hedonism. If one was to put a helmet cam on Hoods to film his average day, the footage would be a perfect blueprint to a successful avant garde film. Yehudi enjoys simultaneously mixing all foods and condiments together for a taste sensation only pleasing to his palate. Hoods’ favourite shisha flavour is mango, and he will chug a bottle of relish for props from his peers even though he is well respected already. |
